Contractor’s representative responsible for all commercial and contractual matters on a variety of building contracts, civil engineering works involving large earth moving and on infrastructure projects throughout Saudi Arabia. Dealt directly with the Client’s and sub-contractors representatives and local sub-contractors on all contractual and financial matters, including the preparation and defence of claims for additional time and cost.Site based Contracts Manager responsible for all post contract quantity surveying, contract administration and commercial management for sub-contracts and claims on an airbase and other military facilities in the local region.
