I thrive in innovative environments which challenge how things have been done in the past and come up with new, sometimes unexpected, applications of technology. Customer is king – my situational leadership always focuses on providing value to meet function and financials for both sides. I invest heavily to stay abreast of all new technologies that reach the marketplace. The last two decades, I have blended in technology with product ownership/delivery, innovation/R&D, technical solution sales, global account management and brand/product marketing. A broad set of skills I can balance based on situation and audience.I have always worked internationally and for 20 years in global roles. I lived in Silicon Valley and thrived with the pace of innovation and VC nature of starting projects. The global scope exposes me to projects across Asia, China, Europe and Americas – very thrilling and exciting. I love the multi-cultural aspects and how pace of innovation shifts from country to country. Not to mention the variation in cuisine…I am proud of the innovation work I am leading. How partnering with strong regional and global companies can make our world a little bit better (and more fun!). I am proud of my wife and my children and especially to see them grow, thrive and become fantastic individuals and world contributors.
