I worked as a service consultant where my central task was to work with service and customer service. There, it was my task to lead and distribute the daily work and to be responsible for the day's work being done and ready at the right time. My duties included to administer, book and plan jobs for the mechanics, charge the customer and order spare parts. As a service advisor, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied. This means that I handle several different tasks at the same time and express myself well in speech and writing. I am a service person who likes when things happen and is outgoing and good at dealing with people.
