I started Jcom to aid companies that needed to apply technology to improve their processes. Focused on custom software development, Jcom was able to continue to lower payroll to gross profit ratios in the broader market. Developing software for inventory control, front office & accounting automation, healthcare billing automation, insurance payment to contract validation, reporting, executive dashboards, and many other areas of customization and automation.

Parkway Products is a multi-national company and a leader in engineer injection and plastic molding. My responsibilities were to oversee all aspects of technology including software, hardware, and network infrastructure. My success was judge on increasing efficiencies by automation and applied technologies to lower payroll to gross profit ratio.
