I'm a people-focused leader & coach with over 17 years leadership experience in the charity sector. I love to coach people to their full potential and use my eye for detail to bring organisational growth. Oh and I host whisky tasting experiences too!My charity sector experience produced invaluable interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate across multiple platforms from written pieces to speaking on a stage to hundreds, and opportunities to work alongside charities, local government, volunteers, donors, funders, and people of all walks of life from the maternity ward to the hospice. My many hats have included: organisational leadership, communications manager, finance and policy management, marketing and brand manager, pastoral support and people management, and public speaker.I'm currently the Head of Clinical Operations at TIC+ - a fantastic charity offering free counselling to every young person in Gloucestershire.
