Fifteen years experience working within R&D and a track record of developing medical device innovation. Previous roles have involved developing core diagnostic technology from the laboratory through to commercial launch. Personally responsible for various biotechnology diagnostic platforms including OTC, POC and IVD devices. Experienced in complex system development, sensing, precision manufacturing and patient requirements. I have strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage complex teams and influence senior stakeholders.
