Execute distribution on priority SKU’s in-line with Twisp strategy, against Weighted Distribution targets.Ensure all assigned key account’s layouts / planograms reflect Twisp standards relative to flow and package mix.Aggressively manage price compliance against recommended RSP’s.Develop annual promotion schedule in accordance with Twisp strategy.Creatively sell Twisp standards and promotional price points in a way that resonates with the customer’s needs.Ensure all promotions are accompanied by effective Point of Sale (POS).Customize sales pitch to achieve account goals while driving effective, permanent displays.Evaluate Return on Investment (ROI) prior to recommending specific POS or customized solutions.Achieve annual Business Plan by Account / in the defined Trade Channel. This includes volume and value targetsConstruct annual Customer Business PlanManage associated funds for all designated key accountsMaintain an agreed investment schedule which tracks and reports all Trade SpendingAssist with the annual National Business Plan developmentDrive post-promotion analysis, in conjunction with Brand and Head of Trade, following all major national promotions to evaluate promotional effectiveness.Aggressively pursue business relationships that result in Twisp obtaining relevant retailer scan data, basket analysis data that drives future strategy and better understanding of consumer purchase patterns.Conduct business reviews to update Key Accounts on business, channel competition and opportunities.Proactively share examples of Twisp marketing activities to demonstrate key points of difference to competitionRoutinely engage in activities to build relationships with key accounts beyond “trading” mind-set.Uses appropriate communication processes to keep Head of Planning informed of Key Accounts (KA) programs and initiatives
