My responsibilities have included acting as group lead for Satcom Telecom and Transceiver production lines. I ensure there are adequate materials and supplies by communicating with planners and production managers to evaluate goals, yields and issues. In addition to meeting production requirements, I assist engineering to introduce new products to production by establishing new processes and building prototypes. I am accustomed to working in accordance with a written bill of materials, procedures and drawings while recording workflow, yields and test results using various programs. I have led weekly production meetings and trained operators.
