Now sits as interim CFO, advisor, trustee and non-executive director to boost finance capability at the most senior level. Early experience gained through positions with strong project agenda, often parachuted in to implement operational improvement plans, rescue and strengthen underperforming business units and build value. Latterly, expertise has also been called upon to battle reputational issues, geographic challenges, and offer a strong and stable hand to guide international finance teams. Groups have ranged from £10m revenue to over £3bn. Operated globally with many roles having a large international footprint.
