I established New Gen Healthcare in 2021, with the objective to create growth by delivering outstanding services by applying best practice in clinical governance and effectiveness, together with embedding a positive organisational culture and values, and promoting staff development and corporate social responsibility. On a day-to-day basis, accountability lies with me to direct all aspects of operational management, and in practical terms this encompasses determining marketing strategy, as well as assuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensuring best practice in the stewardship of resources by controlling costs and overseeing organisational profit and loss. Notwithstanding the unprecedented and unique challenges, I am glad to have been able to maintain business continuity and stability throughout the pandemic by designing and implementing new business concepts.

Having founded Adept Detailing in 2018, I grew the business to deliver a professional mobile detailing service that offered a range of tailored packages and single- or multi-stage corrections, together with a maintenance scheme that could be brought directly to a location of the customer’s choice. By developing a network with industry leaders across the UK, I was able to achieve a well-recognised reputation for quality across the area.

In this capacity, I collaborated with a family member bringing more than 40 years’ construction experience to implement marketing and sales techniques that supported consistent business growth throughout my time there.
