- Oversee all Training and Quality Operations for the Intuit Work At Home Program. - Monitor and Support Multiple Trainers and Training Classes Simultaneously.- Manage Training Payroll with ADP- Work Directly with Client to Help Identify Problem Areas, and Offer Solutions with Training and Quality Programs.- Identify and Up-Train Quality Agents and Trainers. - Organize Round Tables / Up Trainings for Areas of Concern in Production environment regarding NPS.- Develop Capacity / Ramp Plan to Suit Needs of Client in the Work At Home Environment. - Train Customer Support Representatives for Intuit T1 (B&M/WAH)- Assist in Designing ramp plans, for Fall Ramp, and Tax Season.- Run statistical reports on training classes, specific call groups, trainers, team leads, agents, and quality.- Manage launch and operations of Multiple Brick and Mortar Locations.
