Jon has extensive experience in all phases of loan structuring and origination of commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining Bellwether, Jon was Senior Vice President at Hunt Mortgage Group, formerly Centerline Capital Group, where his focus has been on affordable multifamily housing in the Southeastern region of the U.S. Prior to his time at Hunt Mortgage, Jon was Vice President at Rockport Mortgage Corporation, where he focused on debt placement for multifamily and affordable housing as well as in healthcare communities. Before Rockport, he served as Executive Vice President at BSR Trust, formerly Summit Housing Partners.
