Served as US Director of Business Development for Sagem Automotive. Company was acquired by JCI. I became part of the JCI Sales organization. Quickly established JCI as an instument cluster supplier by winning 4 platform programs with GM.

Detroit

Sagem was the premier automotive supplier to the French automotive industry including PSA and Renault. Introduced Sagem to the GM resulting in contracts to supply insturment clusters for the Colorado and H3 platforms. Also won contract to produce 10M sparkplugs annually for AC Delco as well as contract to supply controllers to Delphi Saginaw Steering. Arranged a JV with Magna for an instrument cluster project for GM.

Grand Blanc, Mi

Responsible for increasing electronic sales in NA. Awarded $5M contract by AC Delco to manufacture fuel tank modules.

Holland Michigan

Responsible for introducing new electronics to the domestic and offshore automotive OEM's. Demonstrated trainable garage door system to Ford, GM, Chrysler, Toyota, BMW and others resulting in all of the above companies adding this feature to their vehicles.

Responsible for developing sales with the OEM's for Engine management and related products. Awarded contract to supply Chrysler with ignition distributors for all Jeep engines.
