I was previously assigned to the Sound Transit University Link Program and Capitol Hill Tunnel and Station project. In addition, I managed construction projects for CH2M Hill’s Transportation and Water Business Groups.

Foster City, California, Us

I was the managing member for the business and operations team on the Sound Transit Beacon Hill Tunnel and Stations Project. My duties include overseeing; production, cost engineering, purchasing, subcontractor administration and compliance, union labor negotiations, diversity compliance, political relations, and human resources.

I was a founding member of the team that created a civil construction company from the ground up. I established all financial institution relationships from direct business financing to bonding. I maintained full responsibility for profit loss, cash flow, work/material procurements, schedules, budgets, and project completion.

I was a principal partner that created a retail entertainment company with 40 employees and $2 million in annual revenues. I was a key team member in leading all aspects of strategic planning, business development, marketing, advertising, financing, and human resources. I supervised up to 35 employees and provided guidance, mentoring, and assistance as needed. I guided the team which engaged in all administrative functions encompassing operations, sales, production of and development of internal company controls.

I worked in conjunction with cross-functional client teams to perform budget and operational based financial modeling of current production mining operations. This resulted in the development and implementation of productivity improvement and incentive pay plans.

I was the team leader in directing the development and implementation of all outside marketing, promotional, and telemarketing strategies. I learned a broad-based working knowledge of the primary and secondary credit markets. I managed the team which created and produced advertising materials for television, print, radio, and direct mail.
