Accomplishments in this role include a 10,000 SF buildout of the 2nd floor, dual tenant improvement projects, significant common area upgrades, and another 2,500 SF buildout for EA utilization. The strategic preparation and buildout of the 4th and 5th floor is my current focal point.My team and I are continually working on building improvement and ROI, tenant management, and lease negotiations. We also completed the process of EAC's mechanical building separation from our neighbors at 900 N. Franklin back when it was purchased. It included nine new offices, sixteen new workstation locations, three new conference rooms, two new brainstorming areas, a large demo room, server room, storage area and eat-in kitchen space.
