Having a need for an email marketing platform and weighing the options of high-priced solutions like Infusionsoft and Hubspot, I developed GEGsoft framework from the ground up, specifically tailored to fully integrate with our 30+ websites, landing pages and other online lead generation channels. Launching this platform reduced manual labor requirements, by roughly 25 hours per week. gegOS is a operating system that I developed based on Microsoft Windows 10 framework for Growth Equity Group. Branded to Growth Equity Group, the system provides a dashboard for our staff to utilize only the functions needed to our business operations. Networked and directly connected to our company intranet that I also developed, GEGLogin.com, seamlessly integrated with our CRM system and auto-dialer infrastructure, gegOS is a custom designed version of Windows. The system provides security, ease-of-use, management control, interactivity and most importantly, streamlines operations and makes every employee more efficient.

In the beginning of the Uber craze in Chicago, we launched a luxury, white glove, black car service. Utilizing groupon-type services like Gilt City, YouSwoop and Groupon, we fully booked our luxury SUV's for the first six months before we launched the company.I developed a fully automated website that allowed users to schedule their transport service, enter their coupon code and pay for taxes, tip and additional costs online prior to the service date. This system ensured the company was paid immediately for service, and gave our customers peace of mind as they received confirmations, day-before reminders and post-ride emails and text messages that included trip maps, travel time, average speed and other data. Additionally, I developed an iOS mobile application for our drivers. Each vehicle was fitted with a cellular iPad mini that received immediate pickup information, airport flight notifications and documented trip data. If trips were altered in anyway, the app would calculate additional costs and bill the customer. This was a fully automated car service that provided exceptional service and a great example on how technology can improve profits in nearly any industry.
