Managed over 130 acres of grounds, 24 buildings and fleet of 65 vehicles. Directedoutside contractors on building renovations, vehicle repairs and tree care. Superviseddaily activities of multiple on-site shops including carpentry, electrical, HVAC,housekeeping, painters and grounds. Maintained shop inventories and managed workflow forwork order completion. Trained new hires on proper use and care of equipment, tools andchemicals. Human resource responsibilities included execution of annual performanceevaluations for 11 FT employees. Communicate with clarity across multiple disciplines.

Managed all irrigation repair and maintenance of 18-hole championship golf coursesincluding clubhouse grounds. Oversaw pump and control system repair and maintenance. Was lead chemical applicator as well as staff trainer on proper application techniquesand following federal and state regulations concerning said applications.

Managed all maintenance aspects of the course as well as inventory purchasing/control,heavy duty equipment purchasing and maintenance, customer relations, personnel managementand tournament operations.

Managed the care and maintenance of 18-hole Championship golf course and clubhousegrounds. Structured and managed all major equipment purchases and lease agreements.Responsible for preparation and management of operations budget in excess of one milliondollars, preparation of 90-day operations forecast. Supervised grounds maintenance ofthree large residential subdivisions surrounding golf course.

Supervised golf course maintenance staff of 20, managed special projects , trained newhires on equipment use and care, assisted in preparation of project budgets and overallannual budget.

Worked directly with public in service, sales and instruction. Lead instructor for golfclinics with attendance ranging from ten to twenty students. Responsible for crew staffscheduling, training, and supervision.

Performed classified, on-site and transportation security in Europe.Responsible for the direction, well-being and morale of 14 troops while on three monthtemporary assignment. While stateside, held a variety of administrative duties includingfinancial and security assignments. Held Top Secret security clearance while in Europe. Honorably discharged.
