I am a human factors professional with over 20 years of experience in user research and human factors engineering. Throughout my career I have advocated for the user throughout the entire design and development process. I am also dedicated to sharing the user's story with all stakeholders to enable them to consider the user's needs when making decisions about products, services, and strategies.Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to develop skills as a member of internal and consulting teams. This experience has enabled me to apply user experience and human factors principles and practices to a broad spectrum of platforms, including: medical devices, software applications, websites, intranet sites, and consumer products.
