• Responsibility to ensure the Bank's Front Line Advisors, both mortgage and investment authorised, were regularly monitored to ensure compliance with key regulatory requirements and organisation policies and processes• Quality Assessment of Advisors client advice cases to ensure appropriate client outcomes were delivered or, where not, to identify shortfalls, define remediation and ensure defined action was undertaken and evidenced. • Monitoring and analysis of key risk data for advisors within span of control, discussed in monthly 1 to 1 meetings to ensure advisors continue to adopt activity that complied with the Bank’s risk appetite, agreeing actions in shortfalls or deviance from that risk appetite, identifying appropriate and inappropriate behaviour and escalating issues to senior management and First Line Supervisors• Delivered Key training and more structured events key regulatory changes e.g. MMR/RDR and other Risk related matters (Complaints, Business Continuity, Health & Safety) for front line advisers and staff on behalf of the Bank’s Risk and Controls Function, Supported the aligned front line units and their Leadership Teams in their duties to manage their key risks under “First Line of Defence” principles
