Jon Lapham’s strong entrepreneurial background encircles 13 years of experience in national sales management, business strategy and development, marketing, team motivation, and an unparalleled passion to serve towards creating a healthier, happier, and sustainable existence. Jon was introduced to the health industry in 2003 as regional manager for GNC where he quickly became the top performing region in the country. From there he worked for one of the leading telecommunications companies and was instrumental in closing over $30M in contracts, positioning himself as the top sales performer in the country during his tenure with the company. In 2013, Jon’s passion to return to the health industry introduced him to Eric Schnell and I AM Enlightened Creations where he became VP of Sales & Marketing and successfully doubled the company’s sales during his tenure. Jon has generated strong relationships within the natural products industry and is now on a mission to help other passionate brands thrive.
