My objective is to lead and participate in collaborative, innovative, and high functioning teams who strive to bring robust solutions to healthcare challenges that will benefit patients on a global scale, while reducing time to market, production cost, and quality risks/scrap. Creating a culture within the team where team members feel comfortable sharing ideas and challenging those ideas. I have experience successfully leading multiple global engineering teams and programs in product/process development, complex large capital equipment industrialization, and R&D and lab equipment design and procurement, with risk-based quality objectives to an on time or early delivery. Including managing: timelines, validation planning, design control documents, team member time and deliverables, capital and team budgets, external vendors/resources, equipment procurement, and stakeholder communication through all stages of new product, capacity expansion, and sustaining engineering projects. Prior to my engineering career I developed many relevant skills owning my own real estate business. I believe that clear and effective communication between stakeholders is fundamental to rapid decision making and ultimately team and business success. I strive to develop these skills, which allows me to effectively discern and communicate critical information at all levels of the organization.
