I manage contracts for clinical services with Commissioners and other providers, including contract negotiation and management. I am the contracting expert acting on behalf of our services, and advise and make recommendations. I manage relationships with Commissioners, and lead on and develop the contracting strategy for the organisation. My role includes ensuring that all areas of the organisation, up to and including board level, are kept up to date with the contracting and commissioning environment.My portfolio now also includes Business Development, and will involve devising and embedding policies and processes to take this forwards within the organisation.
