My current role gives me the opportunity to lead a Professional Services Implementation team.Responsibilities include managing and supporting team members, coordinating project and resource schedules, mentoring team members, and promoting career growth and development.The Architecture and Implementation Services team responsibilities span the entire lifecycle (Discovery, Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Test, and Deployment) of an enterprise GIS project implementation.
