Responsibility for overseeing public houses and restaurants which had been affected by substantial business losses, management issues or serious crime. My role was to take over responsibilities until the business was operationally sound and in a position to be given to a new landlord/landlady. This involved audits, performance management, recruitment, advertising, customer service and risk management.Achievements100% success of business assigned to myself were converted back to profitable businesses.Two of these received awards for revenue generation and staff retention.I received a regional award for income, customer service, and safety.
