Director of a 'Right To Manage' property company, responsible for the management and maintenance of a block of six flats based in Southampton. This involved appointing and working closely with a dedicated property management agent including any required resolution for issues at the properties.

Supporting businesses and individuals contemplating/undertaking transactions, working within the Transaction Advisory team and covering the South region. Focussed on growing the business in the Reading and Southampton markets.Experience working across various transaction types including multiple capital market transactions (mainly IPO's onto AIM), acquirer/lender financial due diligence, vendor due diligence and completion mechanisms.
