Contract Materials and Logistics coordinator at EON Ruhrgas E&P Aberdeen working as part of the drilling team on the Huntington project with Ensco 100 MDU. Working closely with our onshore logistics provider PetersonSBS to ensure a smooth & effective delivery of service to allow EON Ruhrgas to achieve efficient results over the course of the project. Project covered 6 wells from top hole to completion & involving both water injection wells & production wells.• Attending twice daily Rig calls with Offshore Team for Operations updates, action any logistics concerns that arise• Brokering Vessels for long term and spot hire charters• Use of Vantage PoB system for booking Personnel onto Offshore Helicopter Flights• Responsible for creation of Manifests, equipment tracking & correct load out of all drilling & associated equipment for the project• Monitor delivery of all items returned from offshore location back to correct service companies due to high rental charges of specialist equipment• Regular Communication with Vessel Charters and Helicopter Contractors to ensure smooth operations• Monitoring AFE Costs relating to the Materials and Logistics Function• Based at Quayside to be Customer Interface for Vessel Discharge and Load out Operations
