I am responsible for a portfolio of tier 1 UK Financial Services clients that cover Capital Markets, Commercial and Retail Banking. I have commercial and delivery responsibilities across £40m of services covering customer product innovation and strategy, experience design and technology strategy, plus implementation programmes of work. I lead the initial customer engagements to shape the best approach and best teams to bring the client vision to life. Example projects include: product innovation for voice, experience design and build of digital mobile platform for SME business banking, Banking as a Service for commercial customers, global big data platform for market risk, cloud first strategy and migration. Strategy and Implementation: I am an enthusiastic proponent of using new technologies to help FS organisations overcome business challenges. I help them improve their service to existing customers while attracting a wave of new ones. I create cutting-edge strategies to help clients achieve their desired outcomes and oversee the production of digital architecture that produces a simple and engaging interface to ensure end-customers remain at the centre of each client’s universe. Team Building: I understand the processes needed to ensure a digital business transformation project gets done to the highest standards and to deadline. My knowledge of areas such as experience design, technology architecture, cloud migration, API development and data engineering mean I can craft the best team for each client.Business Development: I never consider a problem that a customer wants solved in isolation.
