• Supporting user bases from of approx 20,000 users across 3 high profile contracts including UCLH, Rimnet, and The Law Society.• To ensure that all is work carried out in accordance with ITlL Incident Management guidelines• Adhere to ISO9000 and ISO27001 procedures• Ensuring high levels of system availability to meet strict GOS, and SLA targets.• Account creation for new users and maintenance for existing users, using Active Directory.• Using Microsoft server applications to maintain the network, and email exchanges.• Providing support for over 150 bespoke and Standard applications, 50 of which are Business critical including resolving MS Outlook and Exchange issues and remote diagnosis.• Initial diagnosis of network faults.• Ability for quick learning and Analytical thought.• Incidents may originate from problems with PCs, Servers, comm.’s or the network. Delivered by Phone call, email, fax or, report from other resolve groups.• Training of new staff members.
