Also participated in various non-U.S. acquisition due diligence projects. • Managed and prepared tax impact analysis for business dispositions including divestiture tax gain/loss modeling as well as ASC 740 reporting.• Oversaw and managed IRS and State audits leading to successful conclusions. • Implemented domestic changes associated with Tax Reform such as M&E, 162(m), 163(j), etc. as well the Repatriation Tax, GILTI, FDII, and BEAT. • Led and assisted with tax impacts of internal legal entity restructurings and rationalizations, pre- and post-acquisition structuring, business model changes, dormant entity liquidations, intercompany business-line sales, etc.• Excellent working knowledge and issue familiarity with Multistate concepts such as Unitary filings, Finnigan/Joyce apportionment, throwback sales, and state modifications.
