Texas Commercial Real Estate - Asset Recovery Management & Solutions (ARMS)- Managed a $700 million portfolio of distressed commercial real estate loans originated by Compass Bank with individual commitment sizes of $5 million or more.- Successfully reduced the portfolio balance by over $600 million over several years.- Received the Pinnacle Club Award in 2012.- Actively managed the TX CRE ARMS group in 2011 and 2012 (reorganized internally in 2013).- Managed, mentored and trained several underwriters.

- Directly managed a $275 million CRE portfolio with 26 client relationships.- Originated $145 million of CRE A&D loan commitments and $2.0 million of new deposits in 2008 and 2009.- Assisted with training and mentoring several assistant relationship managers/underwriters.- Assisted in a portfolio wide loan grade assessment, adjusting risk ratings of the entire portfolio in response to the state of the credit markets and the economy.- Responsibilities included maintaining and expanding client relationships, developing new business, periodic review of existing loans, negotiating proper loan structures, accepting special projects in support of the team, community involvement, and increasing the Bank's profitability by providing high quality customer service and by cultivating new business relationships.

- Supported a $1.5 billion+ portfolio in the Dallas CRE banking group with over 65 relationships.- Primary underwriter in 2007 when the portfolio grew by over $350 million with an emphasis on A&D interim construction loans for retail, multi-family and mixed-use projects across the U.S.- Assisted with training and mentoring several assistant relationship managers/underwriters.

- Supported a $700+ million portfolio with 5 RMs and individual loans up to $50 million including SFR lot development and construction facilities, retail, multi-family and mixed-use construction loans and unsecured facilities used for real estate acquisitions.- Assisted in the training of new analysts into the commercial real estate credit department.- Completion of credit analysis training (“Credit College”) in Detroit, MI (July 2005).
