My current Role is to actively progress the company to the next growth level. I facilitate the maintenance of the team culture and expand the vision throughout the company.Product development is key. I was involved in managing the workshop and store at Jaram. This involved staff recruitment and supervision.During this time the company was involved in setting up a new streamlined production system which consisted of the mapping out of the workshop flow, setting up an overall production board and the construction of new handling trolleys and associated systems. New machinery was purchased and workshop staff were allocated to designated positions within the production line to increase productivity. I was also involved in running the drafting operations and this culminated in Jaram employing their first designated full time draftsman.

Immediately after completing my apprenticeship I took on this position with the focus on streamlining production . The company built a new factory at this time and set up for increased production.My role was change the factory from "jobbing shop" to a streamlined operation, and increase product GP.
