Provide technical support to end users, including but not limited to administrators, teachers, staff and students daily as needed.Responsible for ensuring all product data integration requirements are addressed.Provides leadership in the area of process design for all systems.Maintains complete documentation of district systems.Works collaboratively with the Chief Technology Officer and the Supervisor of Network and User Support.

Provides training as needed for all employees related to Student Data Management Systems.Provides leadership and support for the improvement of Student Data Management Systems and processes.Creates Reports as requested by all departments.

Assists in setting up and maintaining district server and district network systems and related peripherals daily as needed.Assists in the installation and maintenance of building network servers using Windows NT and operating systems daily as needed.Assists in the design, implementation and expansion of building level computer networks on an ongoing basis.Assists in the installation and upgrading of computer operating systems and application software on computers with an emphasis on District servers at the Educational Service Center.Provide technical support to end users, including but not limited to administrators, teachers, staff and students daily as needed.Helps insure that data and equipment are secure on an ongoing basis.
