Senior Leader for the DAK Americas LLC Supply Chain organization. Responsible for the customer service, information technology, logistics, procurement and planning functions for the company. Direct line management of 5 managers, 50 exempt employees and 50 contractors with a $15MM/year fixed cost budget. Management responsibility for a total of $260MM/year in corporate procurement expenditure. Management responsibility for corporate logistics planning and procurement, spending ~$35MM per year on variable freight and ~$10MM per year on fixed distribution expense. Management responsibility for development and execution of the strategic plan for Information Technology organization. IT scope of responsibility encompassed SAP ERP, Lotus Notes, Network, and all Manufacturing Systems.
