As the first director in the UK, Jon led the business from a "start up" to acquisition and integration into the SYSTRA group. Led the Consortium of Siemens and Daifuku in the delivery of a fully upgraded and enhanced hold baggage screening facility at Gatwick Airport's North Terminal, all as part of the overall expansion of the terminal. As consultant project director Jon led a team of over 30 engineers and mangers in winning the contract, developing the concept and delivering.

As Divisional Director responsible for the project and programme management services business Jon led a team of 30 consultant engineers and project managers in the delivery of projects to a number of major rail customers, including Network Rail and the Thameslink Programme, Transport for London and the upgrade of London Underground's advertising estate.Whilst Leading the division Jon also delivered in the following notable projects as consultant project manager for the customer:London Underground's Digital Advertising upgrade (over a 100 engineers and project managers)The Thameslink Programme's Inner Area Tunnels ProjectThe Thameslink Proigramme's Canal Tunnels project, linking the Thameslink line and the Kings Cross mainline.Additionally, whilst leading the business he had operational accountability for the delivery of major projects at St Pancras, Kings Cross and London Bridge, also as part of the Thameslink Programme

As a consultant project manager Jon delivered a number of air-side projects for Gatwick and Heathrow Airport but the primary role was the winning and delivering of a full and and upgraded check-in, sortation and hold baggage screening facility for Montreal's Pierre Elliot Trudeau International Airport. Jon held full commercial, technical and operational accountability for the project on behalf of Logan Daifuku.

Following the completion a full time AMBA accredited MBA at the University of Exeter Jon joined London Heathrow's Terminal 5 programme as a performance enhancement manager, supporting and guiding members of the leadership team in lean methodologies in the delivery of this critical infra-structure.

Ster Century were a South African cinema operator breaking into the European market. From the agreement of the lease to the full commercial operation of new operational cinemas, as project manager, Jon was accountable for the full commercial and technical success of each facility with 10 new multiplex cinemas throughout Europe.

Led all aspects of the development at Paddington station as a consultant project manager from concept to operation of a full hold baggage check in facility . The brief included leading BAAs ongoing negotiations with Railtrack as the domain landlord and a myriad of train operating, retail and statutory stakeholders.
