I am a healthcare manager obtaining a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Louisiana State University and years of experience in leading and managing respiratory and cardiology staff across multiple hospitals and centers. Currently, I am the Manager of the Medical Diagnostic Center at City of Hope, where I oversee the respiratory, cardiology, neurology, pulmonary lab, and pulmonary rehab departments. Under my leadership, the ABG Lab achieved a 99.87% passing rate and ranked among the top 5% nationally for ABG Lab compliance in 2022-2023. I also collaborate with other managers and directors to ensure quality care and patient safety, as well as adherence to budget, regulations, and organizational goals. Previously, I was the Manager of Respiratory and Cardiology at Southern California Hospitals, where I led the Respiratory Department in developing quality measures and securing multiple Healthgrades Excellence Awards in various categories of pulmonary services. I also headed the Cardiology Committee and implemented department improvement processes at the Culver City Campus.
