• Develop training material for office personnel to ensure the staff is educated on insurance products offered by the Home Service Division• Provide ongoing training on the company’s products and new office procedures• Develop training material to better educate and inform agents• Provide product and procedural training to new agents and field management staff• Work with field managers to develop new marketing material for agents and managers• Review internal audits of policyholder records• Daily management of the Customer Care and Agency departments• Work with field management to ensure customers and agents receive proper support from the office staff• Research commission errors, making adjustments as necessary• Review background information for potential agents during the hiring process as necessary• Primary contact for potential agents inquiring through the company toll free number

• Recruit new agents and funeral homes to market the company's insurance products• Set and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals• Increase collections through recovery of lapsed policies and selling of new policies • Train new agents and funeral homes on the company’s products and procedures in a classroom setting as well as in the home of potential customers• Develop agents by setting goals, tracking their progress and providing guidance and additional training as necessary

• Observe and evaluate the monthly collection cycles of agents and funeral homes• Establish a record keeping process for the collection cycle if necessary• Structure the collection cycle by setting collection dates for agents with policyholders and establishing specific reporting days throughout the month• Identify recoverable policies and work with the agent to collect back premiums• Audit collection records of accounts and reconcile with company records• Monitor accounts for up to 6 months after initial contact to determine the necessity of further actions
