At Verizon I lead a team of 3 program managers, 2 international project managers, and one financial service manager in support of the Intel account. In addition my key responsibilities are global governance, process improvement, and leading monthly and quarterly management and executive reviews.

I currently support two of the largest customers in our region, the State of Oregon, and the State of Oregon Lottery. In this role I work directly with the customer and our sales team on multiple product implementations.

I have spent the last 2 years working on one of the largest projects in our region; the migration of the State of Oregon Lottery’s frame relay network to a MOE network. This involves the migrating over 4500 existing retail locations, as well as bringing new sites online regularly. The Lottery project is a 2-3 year migration, ultimately worth approximately $7 million/year. This project involves many teams both within CenturyLink, as well as our competitors who are serving the lottery’s sites outside of our areas. On a daily basis I am interfacing with our techs in the field, qualifying sites, and coordinating the work of several internal and external business units; tech installations, our order writers in Minneapolis writing the orders for every circuit, our billing group working on billing the lottery for our circuits and those provided by other companies, our contractors who own the platform the Lottery sends requests through, our business partners/competitors serving lottery locations outside of our service area, and most importantly, our customer, the Lottery itself.

Develop relationships with C level and IT Management of medium - large businesses to design a voice and data network solution that fits their needs. Work with them through the pre-sales to implementation of their network and manage their account. Accountable for meeting and/or exceeding assigned sales objectives and monthly revenue quotas, maintaining existing and building new revenue by selling telecommunications products to my assigned customer base and prospecting for new logo's.

Manage and train a retail sales team to sell consumer technology products and deliver excellent customer service.

Write and produce news stories for Broadcast on the daily morning news.
