I have worked with hydraulic and performance fluid conveying products for over 25 years. From understanding common to specialty threads, the ability to correctly and efficiently identify adaptors and hoses is crucial to cutting down on production time. I have managed and over seen a team of employees that produce large production assembly orders and unique one off hose assemblies for specialty applications. I am responsible for all company marketing materials including all outgoing company correspondence with vendors and prospective clients. As secretary of the Board of Directors I am responsible for running corporate meetings with both Roberts Rules of Order and CBDM (consensus based decision making), I’m responsible for all corporate minutes and annual company policy reviews. I handle payroll, purchasing, and accounts payable. I assist with all accounts receivables. As minority partner my talents are used in nearly every aspect of the corporation. From janitorial maintenance to predicting annual expenditures. There is not a facet of the performance and hydraulic hose and fitting industry or business that is foreign to me. I also specialize in corporate correspondence, interpersonal communication between co-workers, and inclusive team building.
