Ruby's Rainbow is dedicated to helping people with Down syndrome achieve their dreams of post-secondary education through granting scholarships to individuals applying for programs around the country. We believe in the abilities of people "rockin' that extra chromosome" to live their lives and achieve their goals and have granted over $1 million in scholarships to date.

- To provide a place for Chickasaws, whether registered or not, to meet, in order to socialize and learn about their history, culture, and to hear presentations from expert speakers. - To develop and offer educational classes to persons of Chickasaw descent, and to other interested persons. Classes and seminars and activities including, but not be limited to Chickasaw language training, cultural traditions, Chickasaw history, crafts like moccasin and drum making and Native American regalia making. - To be a source for updates on programs and services of the Chickasaw Nation and to afford Chickasaw citizens the opportunity to learn about and participate in the many programs and services of the Chickasaw Nation and to become knowledgeable of Chickasaw culture and history. - To facilitate the interface of local Chickasaw citizens with tribal resources. - To provide an opportunity for the public to participate in many of its activities as a means of developing public awareness of the proud Chickasaw culture and history and therefore to dispel misconceptions about Native Americans in general and Chickasaws in particular. - To promote the participation of local Chickasaw citizens in the governing and operation of tribal affairs by providing information regarding and encourage voting in Tribal elections. - To be an active component in local and regional efforts to promote the interest of native peoples. This includes participation in and cooperation with other organizations with similar interests regardless of Tribal affiliation.
