Provide end-to-end support for all Bank Integration services in GCash through Project Management, Product Design, Partner Integration, User Acceptance Criteria(UAC) Testing, Product Deployment, Product Enhancements Management and Production Support. Accomplishments • Partnered with BancNet to become the first Electronic Money Issuer (EMI) in the Philippines to be able to send/receive money to/from Banks real time using InstaPay platform via GCash App which generated 700k Monthly Active Users (MAU) amounting to an average volume of Php 1.3B monthly.• Worked with Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) to revamp Cash In experience on GCash App & migrate out of MBES platform before end of life month of October 2018, thus increasing Monthly Active Users by thirtyfold (10k vs 300k) • Partnered with Paynamics (Payment Gateway) & BPI Global Payments (Acquiring Bank) to become the first Electronic Money Issuer (EMI) in the Philippines to integrate all Philippine banks through MasterCard and VISA debit cards as additional Cash In option to GCash which generated 200k Monthly Active Users amounting to an average volume of Php 700M monthly.

Provide end-to-end support through Project Management, Business Analysis, Java Scripting and manual & automated testing. Accomplishments :• Collaborated with Software Licensing team to automate the provisioning of licensing applications through a web form connected to an automated backend tool, reducing provisioning time from 30 to 10 minutes per request, with average of 20 requests per day.• Worked with multiple infrastructure teams globally to automate 7 major data center activities into a web form connected to an automated backend tool as part of the HongKong Data Center Exit to Cloud project, reducing turnaround time from an average of 3 weeks to 1 week per request.

Successfully transition projects to production through Operation Acceptance Testing (OAT). Accomplishment:• Spearheaded the creation of a document management system via Microsoft Sharepoint that would centralize documents created by Service Transition Specialist as well as created workflows to manage modifications and signoffs of document with stakeholders, which resulted to reduced turnaround time of signing off a document from 3 days to 1 day.

Provide end-to-end L2 support for all Atomic Data Warehouse (ADW) Legacy Applications of Procter & Gamble. Accomplishment:• Created a centralized onboarding tool for new hires using Adobe Flash, which reduced onboarding times from 2 weeks to 1 week.
