At EPS financial i was placed on a number of different assignments due to my ability to learn new tasks with ease. I ran ESA's (ERO suspicious activity) to find out if an office was committing fraud, in charge of the fax and email team to make sure the documents were uploaded correctly along with the correct issue being created, and also part of the merchant processing team. In merchant services i was a credit card processor salesman. This included not only selling our products to new customers but also servicing their questions about the terminals or gateway products that they purchased. When the situation called for it i was also a TL (team lead) helping out my colleagues when there was no manager available

Jimmy Johns is very face paced sandwich shop were speed and precision are a must. As the head delivery driver for the Easton area I was in charge of 70-75% of the deliveries that left the store. Deliveries had to be out of the store within 10 minutes of the order being placed and at their house in 5 minutes. I was able to multitask and get everyone their food within the allotted time. As a manager I was in charge of all the paperwork from the shifts making sure that the promo’s, credit cards, and account receivable were correct. I also made sure that the drawers were on and the safe was the correct amount. I dealt with the customers and the general public every day handling any and all problems that someone might have had.

As a customer service representative I was in charge of servicing Medicare supplement plans for AARP. I had to know all of the plans inside and out. I also had to find out what was covered and what was not. I was also trained to take payments, check on the status of claims, deal with health care providers, check on benefits and also setting up a caller to get in touch with a sales representative. While I was with the Harford I received 19 customer complements ranging from how polite I was to how helpful I was in assisting them with their issue.
