1999-present, In 1999 I started at Hoover Precision Products. For 18 yrs I was a machine operator specializing in cnc machining, Fanuc programming, 5S, inventory, first in first out, continuous improvement, cross training and troubleshooting. Then in July of 2017 I moved to Quality Assurance to expand my skill set. In October of 2022 I finished my Apprenticeship for QA inspector through Penn Foster. In January 2023 I started the position of Quality Systems Coordinator. 1993-1999, I started at Wohlert Special Products in production moved into Quality Assurance then back to production as a team leader eventually promoted in 1996 to 2nd shift foreman where I assigned work details for 12-18 employees and was responsible for their production and quality of products.
