My previous commercial and operational roles have given me the ability to operate at all levels within organisations and to direct how people management adds value within a team.Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director, I have experience at both a strategic and hands-on level. I work alongside both internal and external stakeholders to lead our people management activities, and to ensure compliance and target levels are achieved. I manage a small team to lead the HR & Compliance provision to four group companies spread across three UK sites.I have managed many departments over my career including SHEQ, Facilities, IT, Finance, as well as an enlarged HR team. This is achieved in accordance with company objectives and KPIs, while coaching all levels of management to ensure we develop our team working culture to exceed our business targets.
