Prior to joining the nationally acclaimed Marcus & Millichap team, he had several years of commercial real estate experience in his home town of Fresno. While working at firms such as CB Richard Ellis and Sperry Van Ness, Jon built a very solid reputation amongst his peers for being an agent that is both assertive and ethical in character for his clients as well as business transactions with local real estate professionals. Through his hard work and diligence in the last 10 years of being in the real estate industry, Jon has successfully established a remarkable presence in the highly competitive field of multifamily agents and has personally closed over 2,000 multifamily units in just the last 36 months since joining the Marcus & Millichap team. Not only was he initially promoted to overseeing the Multifamily Division as Senior Associate in the newly opened office in Fresno but was also promoted to Associate Vice President Investments in 2016 and in 2017 promoted to First Vice President. Marcus & Millichap recognizes Jon’s contribution to the successful exposure of the company in the Central Valley.
