I started at Midwest Transit with an entry level position (pre-delivery inspection tech) through a staffing agency. During the busy season I also assisted the detail department. After the busy season I was moved to an installation crew due to lack of work for pre-deliveries. I stayed in that position until they also slowed down on work. Then I moved to body shop and officially got hired on through Midwest Transit. After a few months in body shop, I was approached about a dispatch position for the service shop. After some interviews/testing for the position, I accepted and started dispatching. The role morphed into service writing and most recently became shop foreman. During my career at Midwest Transit, I have worked to the best of my ability and improved my skills as I am able. I have found many doors open when I am willing to apply and improve myself and when given the opportunity to grow I happily take the step
