Creating all training programs for the facility (Lockout tag out, BBP, electrical safety, chemical safety, PPE, ergonomics,...), create and post JSA's, create LOTO procedures, lead a safety committee, responsible for the Wastewater, Storm Water, and Fire protection programs, create Capital Projects and purchase orders, communicate with outside vendors for training and facility improvement projects, and conduct safety and behavioral audits weekly/monthly/annually. I am also cover shifts for the Shift Managers.

Analyzed all product from pre-production to post production. Including moisture samples at various stages of production, final production samples (pH, temp, appearance), incubation tests, weight tests, recipe verifications, paperwork verification, can teardown checks (checking product cans for hermetic seals), conducted operation audits, and used computer programs for record data and graphing.

Was the Lead of a group of technicians on the Filling line. Would instruct and work along side individuals during the process of filling cans with product and sealing the cans. Was responsible for promoting safety with the group, several hourly paperwork checks for quality assurance, performing can teardowns (checks the hermetic seal of the cans), and end of week sanitation.
