Key Responsibilities:Given sole responsibility for gathering and collating reporting data from the distributors globally and returning back to senior management at Autodesk education experiences within very tight timescales. This requires a high level of detail and being able to analyse data quickly and methodically. Key Achievements:Worked with the Global Accounts Development Manager to confirm requirements and technical manager to deliver a quarterly roll up report which enables reporting back to Autodesk’s global partners. The benefit of this was that it created buy in from the global partners as for the first time we were able to provide detailed statistics back to them.Defined the requirements for a report that details completed and voided agreements from a Docusign envelope report and PDB report. This has increased efficiency as saved at least 4-5 hours work each time a Docusign report is requested.Managed the Global distributor summit project which involved the specification, print and delivery of awards, stationery and brochures for the event at very short notice. Continuous improvement - provided detailed feedback to Autodesk designers regarding challenges with print files for brochures. This will help maximise any future turnaround times and improve quality.
