Governor’s representative to the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department, the Arkansas Highway Commission, the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission, and the Arkansas Department of Rural Services. Governor’s representative to all city, county, and locally elected officials in the state of Arkansas. Daily responsibilities include working closely with the directors and commissioners of ten state agencies and over forty state commissions regarding issues of importance to the Governor’s office. Assumed duties as a legislative aide to the Governor regarding specific legislation and issues in both the regular and special legislative sessions of the Arkansas General Assembly. Coordinated special projects for the Governor that included multi-million dollar public works and infrastructure projects.

Worked in Public Affairs Division to develop and maintain the positive public image of the Attorney General’s Office. Field representative for the Attorney General to constituents, elected officials, and other civic and business leaders in an assigned territory that encompassed twenty-three counties spanning three congressional districts in Arkansas. Identified 501 (c)(3) organizations for grant funding and coordinated special programs through those organizations that served the public and helped raise the awareness of the mission of the Attorney General’s Office. Gave presentations to civic clubs, governmental bodies, and community organizations about the role and function of the Attorney General’s office to the people of Arkansas. Developed strategies for the Attorney General with elected officials and constituents involving multi-state litigation.
