Personally responsible for the recruitment and termination of LEC staff in accordance with budgetary authority, policies and all legal requirements. Personally accountable for the integrity of LEC pay and payroll administration/accounting and formulating, amending and adapting policy, terms and conditions of service. Returned to command RALSU and led the British Army’s redundancy programme for this location. Responsible for the redundancy, further training and re integration on to the local employment market of some 1200 employees whilst ensuring local (German) employment law was observed and the most protected individuals remained in employment at enduring sites. Responsible for operating within German and UK employment regulations. Maintained MOD reputation management and financial compliance by way of successful Industrial Relations and engagement with external stakeholders.
