I worked with 7 Craft breweries during the initial integration phase and post integration phase building Safety, Quality, Financial, Logistical and Production standards for each department while focusing on the process to improve performance and data tracking. Forecast sales growth to track brewery capacity, which lead to focused efforts on scaling up brands from each micro brewery to one of the twelve domestic breweries. The major focus was to improve overall quality, maintain brewery roots and culture, while sharing best practices. I managed CAPEX projects to improve the breweries performance and brewery abilities. Scaled up and launched 4 - 20K+ BBL/ year brands and a 150K+ BBL/ year brand. All of which hit target launch dates, expected growth volume and improved brand performance.

Brewery Area Manager – Operations: Anheuser-Busch Inbev • Manage 2 can lines, a bottle line, a draught line and the warehouse, totaling to 45+ operators and three group managers for a 4.7 MM barrel brewery • Analyze OEE, bottle loss, and conversion metrics every day and shift to determine root cause of unit downtime and process loss. • Coordinate with brewing releasers to schedule next 24 hours of filtering for the Operations’ production schedule • Wrote SOP for Shift Managers to train and reference encompassing all aspects of running shift, plant production, manpower usage and emergency reaction plans • Optimize weekly manpower schedule across the plant to cover positions while running most efficiently • Worked with crafts and tech planners to coordinate prioritizing work orders and planned maintenance on manufacturing lines through SAP Brewery Group Manager – Operations: Anheuser-Busch Inbev - Operations Safety Department Coordinator • Present and train all 160+ full time operators, 38 crafts and 90% of all seasonals with new safety regulations and action items for all three shifts before the 2014 Safety Kickoff dealine • Organized safety teams in operations across all shifts to perform safety assessments in each area of the plant
